Answering your question about how to upload your blingees to Picmix, what I have done is save my blingees as an image on the computer, and when I am going to create a picmix what I do is choose the option that appears to my right where it says image, press there and it will open the image gallery of your computer, your blingees should appear right there, you choose your blingee and it is uploaded as an element to create a new picmix. I have done it like this with many of my blingees and I had no problems.
